IPS Motorsports utilizes a flat-rate shipping system that is based on the average size/weight of various products to calculate approximate shipping costs all across the country. In some instances, the system will over-estimate charges depending on zip codes and multiple parts orders etc. Until the system is up and running for a few months and the charges are more streamlined, any charges that exceed your actual shipping costs will be refunded to you immediately. Of course any charges that are more conservative than the actual shipping costs you can keep and no additional compensation will be required. In the event our system erroneously over-charges you due to a shipping miscalculation please feel free to contact us anytime at : sales@ipsmotorsports.com or by calling the shop at (614)444-5884 and we will take care of your refund immediately.
Refunds will be granted on any part shipped in error or that is incorrect for any reason on our part and the correct part shipped out at no additional charge. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for any items returned or refused for any other reason. No returns will be granted on special-order parts. As always, every situation is different and we will handle each on a case-by-case basis and do our best to deliver you the utmost in customer service.
